"I can't believe there's only 1 review on here. This is like having a personal trainer up to 6 days a week if you want. You can't beat that. Every class is good for your mind and your body and the instructors give you several variations that are suitable for anyone's age or fitness level. I've even been able to join classes after shoulder and back injuries and there is still options for me. I'm so glad this studio is thriving in Decatur. Strength and flexibility is good for everyone at any age and any condition."
