"I had called around to devastated places before shamrock for a quote a couple weeks ago and they all told me theyd get ahold of me the next day or 2 with a quote. Which i thought was unreal for a quote on 1 truck 1 person for full coverage. I called shamrock the same day and was greeted by a Lady named Patty a office worker. She took my info over the phone and has a quote in less the 10 minutes for me. Had me come in sit down and while she was on the phone with a customer . ( they were on hold of course) . She accepted my payment via debit card , printes my paperwork out had me sign and out the door in less then 10 minutes. Outstanding customer service and got back to work b4 lunch was over. Over the next 2 days I received calls from various insurance companies that gave me a 1-2 day time frame for a single quote."
