"We go her regularly and honestly I don’t have a bad thing to say about the staff. Everyone is so nice and accommodating and the other week when our little one was sick they stayed open later on a Saturday so they could see her and get her in last minute. What an excellent group of people and I’m so happy it’s close to us as well."
"Never had a bad experience here. We have been going for a little over 5 years and mainly see Dr. Archinal who is knowledgeable and friendly. We’ve seen others for sick visits and have also enjoyed every other doctor as well. Front desk staff is great and all the nurses are friendly too. "We just moved to the area about a year ago and we were worried about finding a new pediatrician. We are so happy to have found Dr.Melissa, she is amazing and my kids love her as well. She listens and takes her time with the kids. It's easy to get appointments made and front desk staff is friendly. I would definitely reccomend."
"The receptionist is as rude and condecending to patients as I have ever experienced. Rarely have I been spoken to in such a condecending manner with my sick son sitting there. I'm like "I'm just trying to get my obviously sick son in to the doctor....". All the same information could have easily been related in a polite manner and it would have cost this foul woman no extra effort but would have made my son's already bad day a little less bad. I guess that's not too high of a concern for this incredibly important receptionist and her completely empty waiting room."
