"Today, my family suffered a crisis because we learned that Dr. Zeft repeatedly ignored faxes from CVS requesting a refill of our daughter's critical medication. For context, our daughter was diagnosed with a condition that is 100% fatal without treatment, and this is not the first issue we have experienced with Dr. Zeft; we would not have been moved to provide this review until the negligent disregard for medical practice was a danger to our daughter. Dr. Zeft was not our choice of a practitioner. He filled in for our daughter's specialist when she was going through a painful and rare diagnosis. He was the only doctor to make her cry - he claimed that her condition didn't actually exist (completely false according to the rest of her doctors), and he chided her regarding eating habits when talking about the prescription, telling her to avoid gaining weight. Since she had not been able to regularly eat with her condition, we were in shock at the insensitive, irrelevant comments. Dr. Zeft has been unprofessional, inconsiderate, and incompetent."
