"Ambiance - 4/5 Clean and contemporary Accessibility - 5/5 The building is ADA compliant Service - 4/5 The staff was quick, efficient, helpful and pleasant. This building has offices, including Dr. Vargo’s practice and UH Rainbow Childrens Medical Group. The building was easy to access, parking was plentiful, and had enough signage to make finding where you needed to go easy. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Vargo has been wonderful. She and her staff have always been courteous and pleasant to deal with and accommodating with after hours and been able to work us into their schedule when illnesses arose. "Great Medical Team! Staff is always friendly and eager to please. Facility is extremely clean, it is obvious they go the extra mile to keep things looking and smelling clean! Parking is easy access. I highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, consistent, high-quality medical care. I could not be happier anywhere else. Joe Paxitzis CNP, is fantastic! I can’t say enough positive things...go there for yourself and you won’t be disappointed! He always listens to health concerns and explores different options that would provide the best possible outcome. He goes above and beyond to meet your care needs! He isn’t afraid to go the extra mile to do what it takes to get you feeling yourself again! So glad I’ve been going here for many years now!! If this doesn’t tell you something, I’ll be sad to leave when it’s time to make the switch to an Adult Medical Team."

"Dr. D'Avello is great. She has found problems I think other doctors would miss. She also is fine with parents having their own opinions (some doctors think all of their opinions are absolutely best). We've disagreed with a couple specialists over the years and she has always supported us. She remembers everything too. She's not like one of those doctors who has to look at the chart to remember. She remembers issues my kids had as babies and bring that into whatever we are talking about at the time. I know my kids get great care from her!"

"I am giving UH Rainbow Babies a two star review because they are prompt with appointments and I absolutely love Joe P. the nurse practitioner I schedule both of my children with. I would be giving them a zero star review as well as looking for a new doctor to see my children if it weren’t for him. Both of their primary care provider is Dr. Hackenberg, but they are hardly every scheduled with him. Recently, I scheduled an appointment with Hackenberg to get a doctors opinion on recurring issues with both of my children & because I arrived 15 minutes late, he refused to see us. Any time I had scheduled with him, he was in and out of the room. I felt like I barely had time to actually explain what was going on because he was in such a rush. Not to mention, there was not a single person in the waiting room. Not totally sure why he couldn’t squeeze my little ones in. Another thing I’m not fond of in either of the UH pediatrics locations (Fairlawn & Hudson) are the staff. The nurses & receptionists seem like they could be off doing something better. Why they’re in the profession they are as well as working around small children with such bad attitudes is beyond me. Joe is amazing with my children & because of him I won’t be switching providers, but I will also not be scheduling my children with anyone other than him from now on."
