"Stay FAR AWAY from this dentist. Pleasant disposition, yes. However, I have THREE teenage children that “graduated” from this practice to an adult dentist. That’s when we found decay UNDERNEATH the fillings of EIGHT teeth total between the three kids. He failed to get it all out before filling their teeth. Resulting in further decay down to the root. Now we are dealing with expensive and painful root canals on teenagers! Current dentist said he’s never seen such negligence. Unbelievable. We placed our trust in this dentist for years. Biggest regret ever. Is he nice with kids, yes? Is he a competent dentist? A resounding NO!!! Too bad we found out too late. Consider yourself warned. I will now be reporting him to the dental board. Hope this saves another child’s teeth."

"Dr. Ray is the best. I have 2 boys that see him. My youngest was very afraid of the dentist. He would fight and struggle to get out the whole time there. Dr. Ray took his time and made him comfortable. He showed him all the tools he was going to use. He would show him how the tools felt on his fingers before he used them. They way he took care of my son made me more comfortable as well. Now my son loves going. Couldn't be happier!!!"

"Absolutely a rockstar dentist! I took my child to other dentists in the area for his cavity and NONE of them compared to Dr.Ray! Absolutely amazing personality and you can tell he actually cares and is passionate about his work. My son had anxiety about getting his first filling and left with a SMILE on his face! Staff is wonderful and the video games and toys for the kids are an added bonus!! If you’re considering a new dentist… look no further :)"

"We have had an awesome experience BOTH times we were here. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the doctor is SO SWEET and kind. He treated my son so sweetly and reassured him the entire time that he was doing so well. My son had two very small cavities in between some teeth, they didn’t need to use any needles or “laughing gas”. Which I was so happy about and my son didn’t complain ONCE! He laid there and did so well. They have a tv above the dental chair so the child can watch that and be distracted. The office has fun bright colors and is very welcoming. We love the waiting area with the fun video games they have for the kids. The entire atmosphere is welcoming and joyful. I highly recommend this dentist. We will definitely be returning for any further dental care my son may need. (:"

"My 3 yo daughter just had some cavities filled under anesthesia today by Dr Ray a few hours ago and I had to come leave this review right away. He is absolutely amazing and even though I was absolutely terrified he made it easier for me by talking me through it a little bit, he also was super fast and the whole thing took only 1 hour, which helped ease my nerves! I will continue to go to him for her in the future and all of my future babies when they need to see a dentist. If you’re looking for a dentist for your child I promise you won’t regret going to him, and all of the nurses and staff at the surgery center were soooo nice and made my daughter as least scared as possible. I was only at his north Olmsted office once as well but all of the staff there were also so kind!! Also her teeth look beautiful!!"
