"Sophia was such an amazing bartender !!! She was so personable, and really helped me out after a long day hard at work! The manager Gabe however; seemed sexist and was yelling at her and other employees in front of the customers disrupting the dine in experience. He is the reason I have the atmosphere at 3 stars. I manage a team of 21 people myself, I would never act that way towards my staff no matter the opportunity. Take notes Gabe."

"It's hit or miss with this place. Sometimes it is fantastic. Other times they mess the food up and then bring you the bill before even bringing you the correct food.....or they wait until you're literally leaving because everyone else is already done eating. Let's be honest I'm gonna go back. It's BDubs and everyone has a bad night sometimes. This location is worth it though! The staff are very friendly!"

"I pre ordered some wings for NYE and made it for a set time so they would be Hot and fresh. I decided to go over a little early so I could grab them right when they were ready. I was very disappointed to find when I arrived first, no one at the counter and a person at the pickup shelf holding my order, getting ready to walk out the door with it until I said that says my name which my order was still not supposed to be done for 15 minutes he looked at me gave it to me and ran out the door I was like wow. Still, no one came out, so I left with my order. It was still warm, but if I had not arrived when I did, that person would have stolen my order because it was made 15 minutes early or it would have sat there 15 minutes. That to me is not ok when I spent almost $40 on food. The wings were just ok. I regretted the purchase and likely will purchase from Roosters next time. "Waitress wasn't very good. Brought the wrong refreshments to our table. Place wasn't busy, took a long time to get our food. The food was warm at best, must have been sitting awhile before the waitress picked it up to bring to our table. Waitress didn't stop by to check up on. Took a long time to get our check to cash out."

"The manager that is saucing the wings needs to learn how to put the right amount of sauce on the wings. I order 3 flavors , 1 set I got was the right amount (honey barbecue) and the other looks like a naked chicken wing(wild sauce) and my the 3rd set of wings was general Tso’s and same thing have naked half sauce!! Always have issues at this location with the right amount of sauce on the wings!!"
