"Took my dog there to be put down and have her cremation done. When I was in the room with her the vet and techs were jamming to music in the back, it was very disrespectful. I let that go, then I hear them laughing and joking about cremation, let that go as well. It's been a month with zero calls or anything about the remains of my dog so I called them today to be told that she was never sent for her cremation and was still just sitting in their freezer because they didn't do her tag correctly. I asked for compensation and their manager offered me a $50 gift certificate. I am absolutely mortified and appalled. I paid $482 to have my dog respected and taken care of and they had the audacity to treat the situation with such negligence. I have referred this office to everyone I know and my family used to take their pets here. They won't even refund the total to me despite the fact I'm picking up my dogs corpse to take to a respectable place to finally put her to rest. Absolutely disgusting that these people can get away with such carelessness."

"I’ve been searching awhile to find a good Vet in the area and most places had long waiting lists / wanted a deposit to hold appointments but this clinic got me in on the exact date and time I wanted with no issue. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. So glad I found this place!"

"First time there since we were little with my dog. The nicest staff and so caring. The care plan we have set up is really good. Price is definitely reasonable compared to other places I have been to. They really listen to you and they really do care about everyone's pets."

"Horrible customer service. Our dog Corky has been a patient of Dr. Stouts for 11 years. He had an injury last evening, we called multiple times to the clinic. They had an on call directive to an emergency clinic. I called more than 6 times trying their on call system to work; it never did. Sent Dr. Stout a message on Facebook asking for assistance. Our dog passed away last evening. I called the clinic several minutes ago to let them know of our dogs passing so they may remove his chart. I was asked if I could be put on hold. I was hung up on. I called back again, where I was again asked if I could be put on hold; and was hung up on a second time. I would highly recommend if you love your pet, go somewhere else!"
