They contacted us right away, we explained we had no heat, and they were at our home within 2 hours. Jake thoroughly explained how our system works and what we need to do to properly maintain it. We will absolutely use them for regular service going forward, and would highly recommend them."

"Dealt with Arctic through Cinch home warranty. Can’t say enough good things about the professionalism and great customer service. Brendan is an awesome technician and extremely knowledgeable. I had a heat pump system that wasn’t working correctly and he very quickly discerned a couple issues and explained what was going on. The problems were resolved right then and there. I would highly recommend his services. Arctic worked with the home warranty company to ensure I had the correct parts and paid the bare minimum out of pocket. It was a seamless experience and I would recommend them to anyone."

"I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. My Home Warranty assigned Arctic Air to repair my central air system in the summer of 2017. The warranty contract clearly stated that the plenum was to be replaced (not patched) with the replacement of an evaporator coil. The actual repair work was sloppy and incomplete, and included patching the cut ductwork rather than replacing it as the Warranty contract stated (see photos for the shoddy craftsmanship). Furthermore, they billed me for $400 for this work, which should have been covered completely by the Home Warranty. When I tried to discuss the issue on the phone, I was told my A/C unit is very old and probably would not last too much longer, so it would be a waste of THEIR time/money to replace the plenum as it would need to be done again the next year when the full replacement would be necessary. When I refused to pay the $400 for incomplete work that should have been covered by the Home Warranty anyways, I was immediately sent to collections. Fast forward to Summer 2018, the A/C unit did not work when I went to turn it on. I called in another company to repair it, and it worked great all summer 2018, and again worked great this summer 2019. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances."

"A tech from Arctic Air came out to evaluate a warranty claim and we were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Understood the issues with our HVAC unit very well (and far better than the first tech the warranty company sent out). Would feel very comfortable relying upon them for service in the future."

"We had Arctic Air out for several jobs (including 1 home owner warranty) and we were very pleased with their work. They took the time to discuss our issues over the phone even before coming out. We had a gas line moved and a new pump installed on our boiler. Excellent work as far as we are concerned."
