"We have had good experiences overall with the Dr. Paulus and multiple hygienists we have seen- my kids have always walked out with smiles and never have fear coming in. Each staff member is consistently friendly, welcoming and pleasant, which is a wonderful environment to bring a family into in today's world! Dr. Paulus is definitely our preferred dentist to see and she has always been incredibly gentle, kind, and her interactions with my kids have always seemed so genuine and positive. I didn't love our experience with the other dentist we saw in the office, so we prefer to keep our visits with Dr. Paulus each time. My disappointment with the office however, is that every time I have made an appointment for the last several years, they have had to call me a few months prior and change it. I can understand that things change and adjustments need to be made- I have no problem being flexible, as I have been with every single appointment we have had to reschedule so far. When I make a summer appointment, however, so that I don't have to take my children out of school and we prefer to have our children seen together so we're only driving 1 hour instead of 2 (for separate appointments), I expect that the office would have the same flexibility in getting us rescheduled. I wasn't offered any other appointments before school starts, as they are all booked up now, which is frustrating. My suggestion would be to leave a bit more open room in the system to give people options to rebook if you need to keep rescheduling patients before their upcoming visit. The people in the office who do the scheduling are always very pleasant and kind, even through my frustration, which is always appreciated and difficult to come by in any customer service type of position. Despite my frustration with scheduling, we have had nothing but positive experiences with Sylvania Ped. Dental Care and have referred several friends and family members their way the last several years."

"My son has been going here and everyone is so kind. They explain everything to you and make sure your child is calm and know everything they are doing. He loves his hygienist and she made sure he was ok before proceeding with anything. Staff is amazing!!! With his sensory issues they allow head phones as well and very accommodating!! Highly recommend"

"This is a great location. This place is where I wish I went when I was a child. There is a free game room and rewards machine for kids and TV's for kids . My daughter is three and had the best time here and didn't even freak out. She cried that we were leaving."
