"I went there for 4 1/2 years to see Dr. Smitley and his incompetent nurse Pam. He definitely doesn't know much about medications for as long as He's been a psychiatrist! As far as his nurse Pam goes, well she needs to work in a different field because she treats veterans terrible. It's the worst VA outpatient clinic I ever went to and I've been going to the VA since 1971 and I'm a 100% Service Connected disabled veteran. So do yourself a favor and don't go there for treatment!"

"The care I receive, I have no complaints about. The woman that receives your call to make an appointment is a complete nasty person. I give the absolute upmost respect to people that work at the VA but not this lady. She was rude and could clearly tel that she didn’t want to be there. It’s the second time I’ve had this issue and I feel it’s completely unacceptable that she treats people like this especially the people that keep her employed. I feel there is something that needs to be done about this. I realize you can’t police everyone in the building but the people that answer the phones are the ones that should be most respectful. "The office staff was very helpful and curtious. My provider, Jodi Snyder on the other hand is the most unprofessional, rudest provider I have ever delt with. Made an appointment to see her because I was sick, when she finally seen me, and walked in my room, the first thing she said was what do you want me to do? I said tell me what's wrong, do I have the flu, bronchitis, strep??? You tell me. Still didn't get an answer, and left with cough pills,and stuff for my congestion. That was on 2/25/19. And I am just now starting to get over whatever I had. Would not recommend using Jodi as your provider. As the result of of her poor behavior, I have transferred my records to another clinic."
