"A couple of the employees who work the pick up area at this location need to be terminated immediately for lack of customer service skills, lack of empathy, and verbal abuse! Apparently a mother/daughter duo who work there thinks that it's acceptable to curse out a 60 yr old man who was trying to get assistance with checking in to pick up his online order. Not everyone is tech savvy and after a rep refused to help and and told him to check in through the app, he was attempting to get assistance with the app. Instead of assisting him, directing him to a place where he could be helped, or (as he requested) getting a manager to assist him further; they were verbally abusive to him. This will continue to be escalated."
"Poorly managed and pharmacist is a racist. I never experienced the blatant, disrespect and racism so open in my 40 years on this earth.. Kroger’s you got to do better if it was me or my family members I would think Walgreens or cvs would be a better place to go and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.."
"They have Neuro so that's good I've been looking for a place to buy Neuro lately and now I have it and it tastes grate and it feels great to drink it the elecrtotlites really fire me up it's a really good place for elecrtotlitdles they also have ggatorade"
