"Went in for an evaluation appointment and was told I'd get a call with information about scheduling a counseling appointment and have not heard back at all and that appointment was on the middle of January and it's now February 5th and still have not heard back"

"My daughter decided to follow her counselor here. She loves her counselor. Appointments are hard to obtain period because one person answers the phone let alone get an appointment for 3pm or after. I don’t like the threatening letters I’ve received twice for canceling an appointment and not having an other appointments scheduled. Like they give you 2wks to call and schedule. That nonsense of the letters is beginning to agitate me. My car was broke down for a month and was threatened with removal?! We will never recommend or go back there."

"Be warned !!! They claim to be a place for psychiatry and mental health but they don’t even have psychiatrists on staff and will not help you ! They also will only see you first come first serve on one day at a specific time which means if you need help then you better need It on Thursday’s at noon and get there before anyone else ! With such a crisis of mental health in this country they really ought to be ashamed of the way they conduct business."

"I can't say anything good about this place. My husband goes here and they could care less about his mental health. It's like the are just there to get a paycheck from insurance companies. They do not go above and beyond...ever. even if it is an emergency situation. If it isn't your appointment then good luck ever getting ahold of Dr. Sines. Truly unremarkable. In a mental health facility, there needs to be compassionate people. This place is just a smaller version of CSS"

"The only reason I gave any stars is because Doug Sines is a great psych. That being said the woman in the Office named Vanessa is extremely rude. She treated me and spoke to me with no respect when I just needed some help with something extremely simple. When I asked to speak with someone else she transferred me to Kerry.When I asked her for her name first she said it was Vanessa when i asked for her last name she rudley threw an attitude again and snarked she is the only Vanessa. Kerry was nice and helped me with my problem however when it came to me making a complaint about how I was treated by Vanessa, she didn't seem to care and cut me off to avoid the subject so I asked to speak with someone else to make a formal complaint about how I was treated. She told me this was a formal complaint and I said and I still wasn't heard or acknowledged much on the subject at all when your clients are what fund your business you should care how they are treated because this isn't our only option. She gave me a number that goes to a full mailbox for Susan Louder. I fully intend on following up about how I was disrespected."
