I don't think customers always remember that sometimes there are waits for placing orders, getting glasses adjusted, etc at any eyewear place. Regardless I'm happy to have found this place very close to home when my insurance changed last year and had to find a new eye doctor."
"The worst place I have ever gone to very Unprofessional. Scheduled an eye exam went to the eye exam and was told the doctor called off swore they called me they never did. I showed them my phone that I never had a call. Scheduled another appointment went there for that appointment. I thought it was 1040 they said 1020 I was there at 10:27 but straight out front waiting for somebody to wait on me for five minutes and was told I could not. Have my appointment because I was late which pretty much wasn’t late. It was them. I left called Jackson Eyecare clinic on Wells. They got me right in thank thankfully there is a nice place that will work with people never again. Will I go there or would I recommended the. Very poor service"
"The staff is continuously rude. I stood in the waiting room for over ten minutes without anyone speaking to me. I was three minutes late for my appointment and they made me reschedule. Horrible customer service"
