"To just leave a 5 star review and not add any context to the score would be a disservice to the care and genuine concern for my wellbeing I’ve experienced working with Chardon Performance Therapy. I recently pinched nerves in my neck, something that brought my fairly active lifestyle to an abrupt halt. I could hardly get out of bed, could only sleep an hour at a time with how much pain I was in. When my wife reached out to Dave at CPT he got me in the same day as my emergency room visit. From that very first session I had relief from the pain. I’ve been to many chiropractors and therapists before and I’ve always left wanting more from them. I felt like they were going through a scripted procedure and never felt it was as personalized to me as I would have liked. Working with CPT and Dave has been the complete opposite experience. From day one we worked to find what works to relieve the pain and what doesn’t. Dave’s one on one approach and genuine care to help has been amazing. I’m sure having to go to a physical therapist for an injury is the last thing anyone wants to do, me included, but once I’m back to being 100% I will genuinely miss our early morning sessions. I can’t thank CPT enough for getting me onto the road of recovery and getting me back to the lifestyle I love."

"If I were to leave it at “the team is amazing and the company deserves a 5 star review” I would be diminishing how impactful Chardon Performance Therapy has been on my life / lifestyle. I experienced a back injury and have had ongoing lower back pain for nearly two years (from the time I was 25 to current at 27). I went from a very active athlete to someone who could hardly manage changing my own laundry, unloading my dishwasher, etc. Chardon PT has allowed me to get back on my feet and slowly revisit the activities that I’ve been missing for two years. Their process is great. During the initial phone call, Dave took almost an hour to talk, listen to my story, hear my goals. The first consultation was an assessment to show where my pain was, take note on how I move, put together a plan of attack, etc. They were immediately able to address why I’m experiencing pain and how to fix it. With the following weeks of sessions, we have been able to focus on weak muscles, tight muscles.. Dave and Jack have shared a ton of information and gave me at home stretches and exercises so I can continue putting in work at home. If you’re debating Chardon Performance Therapy being the solution for your pain / injury.. I would urge you to schedule the initial assessment.
