"My daughter, who is 10, has two broken bones in her foot. We went to the urgent care before her temporary splint was coming unraveled. The nurses there were very kind and supportive. They taught her how to use her crutches more effectively and adjusted them to the correct height. They also gave her a post operative shoe because they were concerned that her toes did not have enough support. My daughter told me afterwards that her foot felt so much better. I am very thankful for those nurses!"

"I had an excellent experience - wait time was about 30-45 min after registration (I didn’t realize I could register ahead of time online). Once I got back for consultation, the time went much quicker. The nurse was very kind and efficient and the PA, Diann, was thorough and listened to my concerns. I will definitely utilize this facility as an option in the future"

"I had an excellent experience at UH Urgent care n Willoughby recently. I made an online appointment but when I got there I found they were extremely busy and running behind schedule. (It was a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend, so no surprise)The ladies working at the check in desk were really great as they explained the situation while still remaining pleasant and professional. They even offered to call me when it was close to my turn so I didn’t have to sit in the lobby for hours. I took them up on that and went home. Sure enough, they called me and said they would be ready for me in about a half hour or so which left me plenty of time to make the drive back. When I got there, I was taken in for examination within minutes. The nursing staff was courteous and professional. They let me know everything they were going to do and when I would see the doctor. The doctor was very nice and treated me with respect. The entire process took probably a half hour and I was on my way home. Overall, an excellent experience and they handled an extremely busy Saturday afternoon better than I could have expected."

"The receptionists were less than warm and kind. On arrival I was told “two people ahead of us”. I received a text message for a time slot 3 hours later. I was told they was just a “place holder”. It was every bit of nearly 4 hours later than the arrival time. Honesty would have been appreciated for planning with children. The doctor was nice and our visit was 5 min. For self pay, I’m also less than pleased with quality care for a simple ear infection out of state."

"Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish! Kim at the front was so sweet and helpful. Matt took great care of me through the experience and then Sean helped keep me super informed and was very kind and transparent with me. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better round of care!"
