Dr Gaydos found my first son’s VSD at 2 months old, which was missed by our original pediatrician. From vaccines to food allergies, behavioral issues, broken bones, scoliosis, VSD and more colds and viruses than I can count. I trusted these 2 physicians with everything and they never disappointed. We went through it all. I will miss them and will forever be grateful."

"Great place to go if your child is generally in good health. Have been bringing my son here for 10 years. But the doctors want to see that your child is well so badly that they completely ignore alarming test results, and insist your child is "fine" or "healthy upon physical examination". My own research and a second opinion say otherwise. Definitely feeling a lack of genuine concern here."

"I’ve been bringing my young daughters here for a little more than a year. They were both seen by Dr. Robinson. I called to schedule them a Well Visit two weeks ago; in which they’re usually seen together back to back, or not too far behind in time on the same day. To sum it up, the scheduler informed me that was impossible for this particular Visit. One daughter was seen last week, and the other had an appointment this morning at 8:30am. We ran into the office at got in at 8:44am. Late we were, but within the ‘15 minute grace’ and there were NO patients waiting in the lobby. The rep proceeded to check us in, and then said wait, ‘it’s 8:45, anything 15 minutes or later ‘Cleveland Clinic’s’ policy instructs us not to see.’ Now, We were just there last Thursday, and waited well past 15 minutes to be called back, but the office couldn’t grace us 15 minutes??? Wow, I asked do speak with the doctor and or the office manager, I was given a phone number to speak with Kim, the office’s Manager who agreed and said that the front office did the correct thing. I don’t see having a parent come into a pediatrician’s office where THERE ARE NO BOOKS, CRAYONS AND DRAWING PAPER; COMPLETELY UNKID FRIENDLY; HAVE THEM WAIT 20+ minutes to be seen, and the next week turn the other child and their parent around for being 14 late to an appointment where there are no patients waiting to be seen in the lobby. Not to mention I waited there for more than 30 minutes and only seen 1 family exit from the back, I believe it’s safe to say there weren’t a ton of patients in the back being seen. It was also insulting to see 2 family’s with 2 children being seen together, when I was told We couldn’t get an appointment for my two children to be seen same day. THIS WAS NOT OKAY, and a terrible shame that the Cleveland Clinic would operate in such a patient ‘UNFRIENDLY’ way. I WILL NOT BE Bringing my daughters back to the Cleveland Clinic Pediatrics of Mayfield Heights office again. I will locating a new doctors office for them to be seen for their pediatric needs moving forward. Your patient, GG was very upset that she was not seen today by the way. Bad bad ethics here.
