"Had an excellent experience at this locations minute clinic, within 30 minutes I was in and out with medication for a minor sinus infection. Huge time saver as opposed to a traditional doctor visit then needing to go pickup a prescription afterward."
"This place a jock. I was waiting for my sporting over 30 min after my initial appointment time. Then they noticed me that I had to fill a form for my text which I had too print and bring to them. I was doing this already several time never had such unpleasant and un knowledge staff!!!!"
"Was turned away because I was a few minutes late due to taking a wrong turn on Old Route 8. Place was empty. I was told to reschedule for the following day. I was in pain but this was of no concern to the NP. I drove to the Wellnow clinic in Garfield Heights and they took me right in, even though they actually had patients there. The staff at Wellnow was professional and considerate. I recommend avoiding the Minute Clinic in Northfield at all costs, they are plainly unethical."
"Extremely thrilled with this location. Came in to get a Flu shot before travelling Thursday. Scheduling online was easy, check in was a breeze. However, the real value here is the staff. NP Weston Sokol was amazing. Incredibly friendly, gave all the info I needed in a perfect balance of concise and fully explained. The shot itself was hardly noticable at all due to her wonderful handling of both the injection and keeping me distracted. She is a true asset to this location. I am so lucky that I happened to pick this one from the list of locations. My only disappointment is that I live in California and will likely never see her again. If I could pick a NP for my primary care, it would be her. It may be none of my business, but she deserves a raise."
"To sum up our experience, go elsewhere. Besides the fact that the screen said my son had a 28 minute wait that stayed at 28 minutes for 22 minutes, then the employee deleted my son's name so he lost his spot. So we called the 1 866 number for Minute Clinic and they could do nothing except say they couldn't do anything about it. We ended up at the UH Urgent Care in Twinsburg and had an excellent experience."
