"My experience with the personnel in the building was fine, Lisa was great. However, heaven help you if you have to call anyone on the phone to schedule, reschedule, cancel, or preregister for an appointment. You will go down a rabbit hole from which you will never return. I have never experienced more frustration in trying to communicate between departments or getting through to a person than with my sleep study experiences. And that includes dealing with cable, utility and cell phone companies. It isn’t even the end of the week and I’ve already spent 2 hours in the phone explaining and re-explaining things, being passed around from person to person, being on hold for extended periods, being given the “hello? Hello ? Hello? / Hang up” treatment by one person when I was starting to show frustration. I actually had to cancel the same appointment 4 times. I will never, ever, EVER with these people again. The most frustrating part is most of the Mercy employees are quite friendly and try to be helpful but their internal communications system is so flawed and impossibly archaic that they really aren’t able to help. Be afraid, be very afraid."
