"I researched a varicose vein doctor “near me”… Doctor Nelson popped up….Heard great things about her. I read the reviews and decided to make the call. The staff is great and very attentive. Doctor Nelson answered all of our questions…I felt reassured and relieved on most of my concerns. She is very good at what she does. The billing part is a little concerning….you definitely need to ask questions on continuous appointments etc, and why is it necessary for the patient so your insurance can cover it. All and all…Doctor Nelson and the staff are all very good and professional."

"I am currently in my 30's, and have had spider veins since my 20's. I was looking for the simple laser procedure to remove them. Looking around for a doctor, and reading reviews I decided on this place. Well waste of time and money for me. The staff and doctor are very nice however I am afirm believer in doing what the patient is asking for. I went in and after explaining what I was looking for the doctor was talking about cutting my leg and removing veins. They also make you do an ultrasound which I feel is just to add to the bill. Yes she is the doctor but when you have a feeling something isn't right, it probably isn't. Needless to say I canceled the next appointment the secretary made me, paid my bill whatever the insurance didn't cover, and won't be back."

I had several questions and no matter how off the wall they were Dr Nelson or a member of her staff were sure to give me a detailed answer. I worked mostly with Irina and let me tell you she has become my favorite person in the world, she is very skilled, friendly and has the best “bedside” manner. I have had to have several treatments there and I have never been surprised by the procedure or the cost as they are on top of what my insurance will and will not cover."
