"First time going to an urgent care facility in Ohio. All I have to say is Wow the positive reviews are not lying. I was skeptical at first but going in is where you get the real experience. From the time I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist. I did my check in process and was brought back to be seen. The doctor was very warm and attentive and made sure I had my medication sorted out with my insurance. He called me several times to keep me in the loop of everything. Service like this restore my faith in the Healthcare system. I recommend this practice 100 % that you for caring for your patients the way you do. ❤️"

"I cannot say enough about this clinic. I came here after reading positive reviews and desperately needing some attentive care after going to a dysfunctional ER. I was immediately greeted kindly by staff and check in was extremely quick & easy. The building is clean and updated. My nurse was kind and speedy, I didn’t wait for any longer than 5 minutes at any given time. My doctor saw me almost right away and went over my chart (which some won’t even do.) He gave me a clear diagnosis, set instructions, aftercare, and asked repeatedly how he could assist us. I felt truly cared for and seen, especially as a new patient without an appointment. The whole experience was around 45 minutes which is simply unheard of. The relief I feel finally being seen & heard by a doctor is astounding. Please come here if you’re looking for assistance. They get the job done. Thank you so much to the staff and my doctor!"

"I had such an amazing experience here. For most urgent care facilities in the area, you could lose half a day or even a whole day to get seen and treated. I was in and out of here in around 30 minutes. Everyone here was so friendly. I absolutely hate going to the doctor or any kind of visits like this and they did what they could to help me not be so nervous. They answered all my questions that I had too, and I was not rushed out of there like other places do. I highly recommend this urgent care. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will 100% be using this facility going forward."

"Absolutely amazing. This is hands down the best urgent care/doctor/hospital etc. I have ever been to. They were super nice, very fast, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend going here above any other urgent care I’ve ever been to throughout the US. I was in and out within 20 minutes with exactly what I needed. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. This is absolutely the place to go. I’ve never had a good experience with an urgent care and dreaded going but I’m so glad I chose here! If there is a bad rating they must have went to the wrong place."
