"My 5 year old has received ST and OT here for about a year and a half now and has participated in one of their handwriting camps over Summer and we have been extremely happy with the services he has received and all if the therapists he has worked with. His therapists check in with us at the beginning of each session to see if there is anything new to report and then at the end of the session they always give me a run down of what they worked on during the session. And I am able to see a summary of everything they worked on in MyChart if I need a reminder of anything to report to his teacher. The therapists and staff have always been professional and friendly. Overall we couldn't be happier with our experience here!"

"Looking to get appointment for my autistic Grandson for speech, ot and PT . Called about a month ago left 2 messages still have never received a call back. You cannot speech with a receptionist or anyone just keep leaving messages and hope the get back with you."

"We see the pt once a month & she always cancels & doesn’t even call me to reschedule. It’s been like 3months since we saw her & I just got a call that she wont be in. And when I do call no one ever calls me back. I’m disappointed in the lack of services I received."

"My Level 3 autistic son receives OT & ST here (about 8 months now). I am able to see his short term and long term goal plan, they update me after every session and I can see progress and carry over these goals at home. They offered tons of recommendations and resources for us throughout this time. They always make sure to send important information over to his PCP and other specialists he has if they feel he needs additional services. If you have any feedback the supervisor definitely looks into it and will try her best to make sure everyone is satisfied. They are understanding of his needs. Shoutout to his therapists SLT Gibbs & OT Ramsey, he may not show it in a conventional way, but everytime I tell him where we are going and seeing how excited he is to run through the door when we get there shows me the fondness he has of them."
