"Worst place. Was very racist towardsme. A lady told me that I would have an appointment reminder. I never received anything . I already had to wait two week while in pain!!! When I called in to make sure that I didn't miss the appointment a man told me that they can no longer accept me at all. I was really uncomfortable with the way that I was handled. "I have been at Berea resident since 1990. I stumbled upon Ferrell Whited physical therapy on a walk in downtown Berea and Coe Lake .. I had a back injury at work and received physical therapy from my employer..I was in constant pain, my lower back and neck. I decided to go in and ask some questions.
