"Dr. Turner is a great Dr. But Kristen the office assistant is terrible . She gets a horrible attitude if you ask questions. This has happened on multiple occasions of her having to call or her having to schedule an appt. When trying to explain an issue she gets an attitude puts you on hold and takes forever to respond. Cannot deal with this attitude especially when it's an important issue ."

"I am a tax preparation office manager with the Amherst office of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. I am posting this message as a warning to individuals whose children are patients of this office. If you are an individual who claims the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) on your tax return, this office and their legal department have decided that they are under no legal obligation to help you if you are audited. If you are audited for the EITC, you need to be able to establish your relationship with your child and that they lived with you for over half of the tax year. Establishing relationship is easy enough - a birth certificate showing that you are the parent of the child. There are several ways to establish residency, but one of the ways that IRS recommends is for the child's medical provider to fill out the applicable fields on a form letter stating the information about the child's parents and residence. This office and their legal department has decided that they are under no legal obligation to provide this very simple service to their clients. I am not a lawyer and have no way of determining what their legal obligations are. However, I feel that they do have a moral and ethical obligation to provide this service to their clients, a service that almost every other medical facility does provide in the area."

"Absolutely love this office! Dr. Jacono has been beyond amazing when it comes to my kids. She listens to each and every one of my concerns and I never feel rushed. She is always made my concerns a priority as well as those of my children. My oldest was just a few months old when she first started and now my baby girl is 17 and I'm so glad she has had such a wonderful physician all these years. My boys have always kept me on my toes and for one reason or another we have been in to the office many many times and we've always felt important. Not only that they have gone through a lot and have needed to see specialist and Jacono and the rest of the staff here have made the process so easy."

"The pediatricians and nurses are nice. The people at the desk are less than informative and sometimes rude. Every time we called asking how much an appointment would be if we were paying full and in cash they Never told us. Finally when we went for an appointment and I was paying in cash, their discount was minimal and the lady was just plain rude to me. On top of it we later received a bill saying I never paid. Thank goodness I kept the receipt and finally got it figured out, but good heavens! Never going back!"

"As a working mother with one Vehicle and limited available times, we as humans tend to lose ourselves. We're busy! With that being said, i do not recommend this clinic. If you miss your first appt, your no longer ALLOWED there as a patient. Funny thing is, when they screw up as a office as they did with my sons paperwork, never received his shots, just his physical because this office faxed to the wrong clinic for my son's shot records. They simply didn't listen properly. Held up my time and also made me reschedule my son due to their lack of getting information from our old office. I literally kept telling them, my son WAS up to date on his paperwork .. But to them i was wrong and didnt have all they needed to know. Turns out I was right, after all that. What's their punishment for my time? Seeing as I was punished for being human. Just thought I'd share that with you all."
