"I like other reviewers have experienced frustration with accounting since this business changed hands from the predecessor, Dr. D. I did not have any accounting/insurance issues in 4 years with Dr. D. Since the transition however, nearly every visit has a tail of numerous overcharges, insurance corrections, and follow-up discussions to rectify the billing, despite clearly showing (with a printed insurance coverage brochure) of what work is covered and promptly paying the copays. While the technical service is good, I do not recommend this business unless you are extraordinarily diligent in ensuring they know what’s covered by insurance (of which, the coverage brochures are just “estimates” and not “guaranteed” from what they told me), and prepared to follow up with numerous billing corrections."

The Dental Assistant was Brooke The Oral Hygienist was Deanna The Dentist was Trang Nguyen All three of them were actual angels while they were taking care of me. Talking about any concerns, being descriptive, while also being very caring and patient, even when I was crying for no reason. The ladies at the front desk were also very sweet, even when I handed them the wrong insurance cards. I would recommend this dentist to anyone in the future. Thank you for everything."

"My crown came off on Christmas and I reached out to Centerville Dental Center for help. I recently changed insurance companies and had planned to find a new dentist after the New Year. CDC had excellent reviews and fortunately accepted my new insurance. After explaining my situation, I was able to get an appointment promptly and met with Dr. Nguyen, who was very knowledgeable and understanding. Though very busy, she did not make me feel rushed and patiently explained my options. Receiving excellent care, I plan to make Dr. Nguyen and Centerville Dental Center my regular dentist moving forward. I highly recommend this practice."
