"I went to an initial appointment where I was diagnosed by a doctor for neck pain. He scheduled me for PT. I received my bill after insurance, and scheduled a payment plan that I paid in full. Several weeks later, I was advised to go back for a final check-up. I went, waited an hour, and had a 20 second interaction with the doctor. I was charged an additional $60 for that visit. I called their manager of Billing, Kim, to genuinely explain my situation. Claimed that the final appointment could have been a simple phone call & that it was misleading for her Billing dept. to schedule my payment plan knowing I would have future charges. She showed absolutely ZERO empathy. They lost a patient today. I see other folks had similar experiences too. Very discouraging for a business in the medical field to have practices/policies/employees like this."

"Thank goodness for the girls, Peggy and Michelle. If they didn't keep me on track with my schedule, i don't know were i would be. These 2 girls are a God send. Thank you girls! Now the group that has been doing my PT, they are unbelievable! The patience and care they gave to me, even on my bad days was awesome. "I had the best experience with physical therapy after my knee replacement. I had a physical therapist by the name of Michelle Clark come to my home for two weeks following my surgery. She was an excellent communicator. The therapy that I received was above what I expected and felt that she was able to get me moving forward toward recovery. Up until her arrival I had felt somewhat discouraged. She was encouraging and supportive. She gave me just the right amount of push to get going. I really tried to work hard because she was. I am so grateful that is was Michelle that came to my house, she got me up and moving in no time. A+ it really takes an excellent therapist to make a surgery successful. Thank you to Michelle!"

"I had both knees replaced by Dr Templeton. He is absolutely wonderful! My appointments were never rushed, my questions were always answered and he was very thorough with explaining everything. I was told I could email if I had any additional questions after leaving. My surgery was done at Fairview, the medical team was amazing. Dr Templeton checked on me daily and had great bedside care. I have veen to many orthopedic surgeons o er the past thirty years, not one, as good, as Dr Templeton. I have been to both Avon and Westlake locations. My experience has always been pleasant. Staff is very efficient and kind."
