"I was immediately welcomed and very efficiently signed in and given the paperwork. I no sooner completed it when a delightful young woman took me in and went through some initial tests. She then efficiently and very friendly tested my eyes. Dr Bafna then came in , checked my eyes-checked that info against previous tests and answered all questions- again, he was very friendly and took all the time that I needed. Check out was quick- the young man very competent and friendly. I was given a new appointment and was on my way with a very nice “goodby” from the front desk. I highly recommend Cleveland Eye Clinic - it’s Doctors and all the wonderful attentive people working there."

The check in procedure is quick and efficient, and the lady there was both friendly and in the holiday spirit. I can't say enough good things about Nicole, the person who ran me through my tests. She was really great, and made me feel confident about my upcoming procedure. Dr. Doubler, my anesthesiologist, was another standout.
