"my first visit to this office, having visited the Elyria office twice before--which was also very proficient. the folks at this office are above the top in professionalism and grace! from the receptionist, to the assistants, the doctor, and the sweet lady who helped me with my frames! ALL top-notch, caring, attentive to a fault, very clear and concise, and extremely friendly! the facility is rather tight, but very well kept and tidy. i especially enjoyed their tiny, almost childlike sinks. lol, as a man of size (6'3", 240 lbs), I felt like a giant! a very, very pleasurable experience that left me confident to return! Thanks, guys!! oh! i would be remiss to not mention the sticky-note artwork as you get your frames!! quite the lovely gallery in Melanie's office! i hope it grows!!"
"I'm a Florida resident and was visiting family here in Avon. I fell asleep with my contacts in and after wearing them 14 hours the day prior! I couldn't get the one contact out of my right eye. The office staff was so nice to fit me in when I arrived at 2:30 on 12/28. Highly recommend them!!!"
