The fact that Dr. Waite has chosen to remain a Family Practice physician (which is problematic for any doctor these days) – in addition to the Increasing difficulty of providing the services in the home – testifies to her dedication to patient care."

"Pathetic. Shows up without an appointment. Won't listen to patient. Had blood work done and refused to provide insurance information to the lab for proper billing. Sent a letter dropping my Mom and did not provide any reason. We're guessing Dr. Waite doesn't want to work with you but can't confirm because even though the letter stated my Mom had her services for 15 days they refuse to return phone calls. This has now left my severely disabled mother without a doctor but more importantly out of some of her medications. If I could rate as zero, we would! Don't trust your loved ones care to this quack!"

"Dr. Waite was my mom's doctor until March 20, 2019 when my mom received a letter by mail saying she would no longer be her doctor. My mom is unable to go outside the home to see a doctor and this was why she had Dr Waite. Dr Waite kept my mom waiting last week for her to show up for her appointment. She had been waiting ALL DAY. The doctor showed up at 9:05 PM. My mom had already gone to bed for the night at that time. My dad went to the door and told them they could not come in. Apparently that did not set well with Dr Waite. Because this resulted in my mom getting this letter today. I feel it is probably for the best because I dont feel like my mom got proper care. So just keep this in mind if choosing to use her services. I just feel like she should have handled this more professionally."

"Dr. Waite was unable to properly complete the paperwork my insurance requires to pay for my medications. I've been receiving these medications for dozens of years. There's nothing special about them. However, after 2 months and 10+ calls from me and CVS, Dr. Waite's office eventually told me they couldn't perform this basic task and recommended I see another doctor. I agreed, and I fired them. Stay away!"
