"Walked into "walk in care, no appointment necessary, we take care of you and send you on your way" on Saturday they are open 8a-12p, I ve been sick for a week taking OTC meds and it took all my energy to just get there. I arrived 1/2 hour before closing and was told they are not taking any more patients, I said how is anyone to know that, she said it's on our website. In reading the website it says nothing like that. So disappointed, that's not what you should hear at walk in care!"

"So like please ignore the joker thing as it usually for giggles. I usually don't post these things but my experience with this places was awful. So I got diagnosed here, they called me on a weekend to tell me the news. Well when I tried calling back not 10min later no one picks up. Thank God it was dominant at the time. But why a medical center is closed on weekends I'll truly never know. Then I make an appointment and they ask if it for my diabetes treatment.....I never got tested for that......they never asked if I was diabetic and now they tell me they ask this ever time......and after telling the doctor my experiences they proscribe something completely unrelated. Without asking questions and second time I'm feeling I'm not being taken serious. I'm sorry I'm not looking for a miracle but I know my body well enough to know what's going on in it what isn't right. To the person at the center reading this and thinking I know who this is...that's fine I'm not coming back and if it true you ask ever time.... maybe don't ask if this about your diabetes. -.-"

"Took my daughter in for a strep test. Rapid came back negative, but the doctor was gonna send out the 3 day and start her on antibiotics regardless because of how red her throat was. After a week of no response on the 3 day I call, and apparently the Dr didn't send out. No one knows why, only speculated that since he started her on antibiotics, that's what he didn't send out 3 day test. But as a parent, I want to know. That's the whole reason I brought her in. What if it's not strep, what if it was covid and were infecting other people now because some dr couldn't do his job properly. Can't wait to see how they billed it."

"Zero stars should be a option. They never answer the phone. My primary DR. Don’t work there anymore (I wonder why) and I get no notification of the change. I’m out of my medication, can’t get ahold of anyone and I can’t refill my medicine on my chart. Mercy in a whole is just terrible! Also if they don’t know why your sick they just say it’s allergies. I went in with Covid symptoms and they didn’t even take my temperature. I was just told to take cold medicine over the counter. Well I got a second opinion and got a covid test and it was positive. You would be better off going anywhere but to a mercy."

"I took a friend to walk in urgent center. We did not wait long. The female doctor that saw him was very helpful. She had assistant call and schedule an 8:00 am next day appointment with a Trauma Surgeon at Lorain Hospital. I was very impressed with their service."
