"Horrible service. I was taken off of a study without any warning and no one even told me until a month after the fact. Their communication is horrendous. They keep changing their hours and they never call back when you leave voicemails, no matter how important they are. There have been wonderful employees that I have dealt with and some that clearly hate their job with how they talk on the phone. I wish I could get back all the time I spent waiting on the phone, waiting in the office (for an hour after the start of my appointment), and waiting to get a call back."
"You need to have someone onboard that has a good understanding of payables and dealing with customer/vendors."
"My 2 teens qualified for their covid clinical but TWICE were delayed by the staff just a few days before their appointment due to "scheduling issues" and then "weather issues". Delays amounted to over 1 month and now study is full. Put us through lots of hoops for nothing. Don't assume having an appointment means you are in a study."
