However, I feel confident that the care that I am receiving here at Horizon Infusion Center( Blue Ash) is sincere and the staff are genuinely concerned, friendly, & nice people. It’s one thing to be caring because it’s your job to do so, but you can really tell it’s sincere here. The staff are professional, patient, they make you feel comfortable and makes sure your needs are being met. They’re accommodating, cheerful, and positive, I read the reviews before coming and I thought, how wonderful the reviews sound.
