"HIRE MORE PHARMACY EMPLOYEES. I have been getting my family's prescriptions at our local pharmacy since it opened. I have moved most of them to another pharmacy. The wait time of a week to have a new prescription filled is absolutely unacceptable. Not having an autofill prescription ready on time defeats the purpose. You are dealing with people's lives/health. Come on CVS. Do better."

"I changed pharmacies after a couple of bad experiences with picking up at CVS. One of my rx accidentally got sent there, and my new pharmacy said they'd help me transfer it. She got put on hold for 3 hours by CVS. She hung up & called back, this time no one answered the phone at all. So with no choice but to let CVS fill it, I drove over after CVS texted and said my prescription was ready... but they didn't even have it in stock! I waited in line to pick it up. I had to come back again, and wait in line again the next day. Use another pharmacy if you can."
"I am not sure what's going on with the pharmacy. They use to be very efficient. Now it takes days to get a prescription filled. You wait in line for half hour minimum normally now. I will be switching to another pharmacy."
