CVS

"Had refilled a prescription here while visiting daughter. When it came time for refill (back home in Texas) tried to transfer refill; easy Peary right? Spoke with pharmacy and she told me all CVS linked and just call my home CVS to refill (great since I have several prescriptions to pick up there) call them: home pharmacy in Texas sweet and helpful; told me that other store had prescription in processing and couldn’t refill till other cvs (Ohio) releases it. Ok so no problem call this store in Ohio…. Problem same lady who gave me only half information was rude and just hung up the phone as though I was inconveniencing her. Not sure why I would be the one who was inconvenienced, if she would have placed my prescription out of que when originally called I would have never had to call back with such rude service. Thank goodness for the AMAZING staff at the CVS in Granbury Tx; they are a great representation for great standards I’m sure CVS stands for… as for as this location if it were my home store I’d pass on filling my scripts there… no wonder my daughter told me she fills her prescriptions across the street. I think when I’m town I’ll do the same!"

"Transferred meds to CVS for international trip - wanted to have actual pill bottles and CVS filled them (no problems) - however, when I asked to have my prescriptions back to my original online pharmacy they refused. This is actually against the law - the prescriptions are not the property of the pharmacy - if the patient request them to be moved they are legally required to move them. Still they refused. It has been 5 months and I am still trying to get all my prescriptions together."

"Don’t ever get your prescriptions from here. The pharmacy switched my medication without consent from my doctor or me. When I called they tried to brush it off and said that the computer made the mistake and they didn’t have my correct medication. So they were going to order it. I hadn’t heard back so I called about 3 days later, and they had the medicine the ENTIRE TIME they didn’t even have to order it!! Don’t come here. They are liars, they’ll switch your medication, and they don’t care about your health."

"Another fantastic CVS in the Northeast Ohio area. I don't know what it is with the Northeast Ohio CVS is but none of you guys know how to do any of your jobs. I've been to at least four and none of you know how to do your jobs again. Another one where the CVS staff does not know how to do their job and will make you do their job for them. Congratulations CVS. If I didn't have CVS as my prescription, I would never set foot in a CVS in my life."

"I found the CVS store near Copley very clean and well stocked. I easily found a couple of items that I purchased and chose to sign up as a CVS customer card. The receptionist at the cashier box was extremely friendly and helpful. I will return to the store again when I need to do so."
