"Took such great care of our furr baby!! The staff was very sweet and patient. The Vet & Vet tech both took time to explain the entire dental process/surgery,prices,meds,and future plans."

"This a great veterinary clinic. My cat wasn’t eating or drinking much. She was very lethargic. I wasn’t a client here but when I called they were able to see her that day. Person at front desk knew who we were when we arrived. Vet tech saw us right away. Doctor came in promptly. Went over what they wanted to do and gave me prices which is nice. I didn’t feel their prices were exorbitant. Well she has rebounded so I thank this clinic for all they have done for her."

"Our dog needed a dental with a tooth extraction and when we went in, we were told that she needed bloodwork prior to her procedure which we authorized. Then a vet tech came and asked us if we wanted to do a heartworm test which we declined since our dog is already on a heartworm preventative. After her procedure, I saw that we had been charged for a heartworm and tick test that we had not authorized. Afterwards, I called and requested a refund since we had not authorized that particular test. My request was refused, even though we'd just paid them over $1,200. I would be embarrassed as a vet and a facility to not refund my client $66 after they just paid me over $1,200. They said that in the fine print of release papers they had us sign prior to surgery, it states that they require a heartworm test. I asked, if that is the case, why did the vet tech give us a refusal as an option. When we picked her up, she still had blood on her head that had not been cleaned off and dried fecal matter on her bottom. But hey, what should we expect for $1,274.00. I have never paid such an exorbitant price for a dogs tooth extractions and never have been less satisfied with the answers I received from the staff and at my dogs appearance post op. Already found another vet. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

"They were part of the overall process that saved my dogs life. They were very friendly and helpful and scheduled our dog for surgery first thing the very next morning however we went to an overnight er because we were afraid she wouldn't make it. We will go back here for her followup and any future pet needs. Thank you!!"

"Fist off the staff is extremely friendly! Today was our first visit with our 3 and a half year old German Shorthaired Pointer. The vet and tec were extremely nice and very understanding. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. This will be our new vet for the future and I just wish I could of worked with them sooner. I also seen a lot of people talking about prices. The issue we had with our pup happened just over a year ago too and it coast $70 less at this vet compared to the last one. So they have very fair pricing and up front payments. The clinic is also very clean!"
