"I'm not entirely sure what everyone is talking about because I have had nothing but stellar service since starting my sleep journey here in July. Granted, my sleep study was rescheduled a few times but my provider listened to me, provided feedback, ran the tests, and I have a diagnosis and medication that is helping. I have never had any issue with reaching the staff, whether that is sending an email through the portal or calling the office. Amber is my provider and I highly recommend her. I've been to a lot of doctors in the past for various things and this is one of the better experiences I have had with a doctors office."

"Please do not use OSMI for your CPAP care!! I was (yes was) a patient there for four years. Initially when I did a sleep study with them four years ago, they were very good and did provide an excellent level of customer service. That is where it stopped. Over the past year I have lost a substantial amount of weight and have asked for help from them. the last time I called, it took them more than THREE WEEKS to return my call. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. I will not go back to them, and I advise anyone who is considering this practice to find someone else. Horrible customer service!!!"

"The most unprofessional staff that I've ever dealt with. Take notice of all the other people that have left reviews, and the doctors or staff have neither commented on none of the problems that are at hand. You leave text as they asked and they do not return. You can't get anybody to answer the phone. I got the Inspire, I went there once after the Inspire was done. After that visit I had called with concerns, with none being answered. I will be leaving this practice due to all of the above and be calling Dr Kramer that installed my Inspire to let him know just how terrible this office is on the follow-ups!!"

"The office staff is atrocious! The phone is not answered by any of the listed prompts but only if you know their specific extension number (and even then it is iffy). They don’t even know the gender preferences of their doctors because so many are outsourced. They try to bill for appointments that didn’t occur. They try to force you to use their text application that usually results in leaving a message that will be returned by the wrong staff member. However, Dr. Artar is a great doctor who listens carefully and makes helpful changes cautiously so there is room to make more changes. He is the only reason for the second star. I wish he would leave the practice and move to one with better office staff."

"They are the most unprofessional medical office we have ever dealt with. They canceled two appointments within hours of the appointment time You can not call them and talk to anyone If you left a message for the doctor on the patient portal they never got it. This was supposedly do to them changing to a new portal and we never were sent new contact information. Avoid this practice at all cost."
