"Months ago my dad used to go with script shop for years and then they got a new owner and not only did people quit but their customer service sucks. I went through the drive-thru and for 3-4 minutes nobody said anything not wait or nothing till I kept ringing the bell. Then get got snotty said I got 3 people in front of u wait 5 minutes so bad so horrible rude and never has anything ready whenever they say they will keep calling you but have nothing"
