"I like Drug Mart so I wanted to check out this location since I was nearby. When used the bathroom, I noticed it was very clean. Store was big, nicely laid out and clean also. As I went to check out 1 clerk lmk she was closing to use front register. Only problem was customer checking out literally had whole cart of groceries and I had 3things. Normally Im not in hurry but I didn't have time to wait extra 10mins. Unfortunately left items and left. Several ppl also behind me were agitated that 1st cashier wasn't able take anymore ppl bc most of us had cpl items.."

"I needed a prescription for an antifungal ear drop. Per Discount Drug Mart, my prescription plan did not cover this standard ear drop. The price for 1/2 ounce was over 30.00. I asked if they would put it thru Good RX website SINCE I saw I could get it there for about 16.00 dollars give or take a few cents. I was told they could not honor the good RX price (even though they r listed on the Goodrx website, since it would cost them money. They refused to honor the lower GoodRX PRICE. .Since I waited AN ADDITIONAL 24 hrs to get this script, my ear was not treated during this period because they claimed it was not in stock. AND MY EAR WAS HURTING. They would not honor the GOOD RX price of about 16.00 +/- and charged me 27.00 dollars. Had I of known of the shady game played, I could oFwent to Walmart or Amazon for 1/2 the price. SHAME ON U DISCOUNT DRUG MART. I am a senior and u looked to take financial advantage of me. BOTTOM LINE: Do not sign an arrangement with Good Rx IF YOU R NOT GOING TO HONOR IT. SHAME ON YOU. And, I later found out the strength of my prescription antifungal ear drop is available over the counter. Double shame on you."

"Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. They lose prescriptions and ignore new prescriptions as they come in. Rude on the phone, rude in the store. Managers will not correct the problems."

"Superior Customer Service by Shela and the lady head of pharmacy, a true professional gave me the Covid shot. Right on time. Make appointment. Fill out paperwork then must stay 15 minutes after shot. No pain smooth shot! Shela's pleasant positive attitude takes Customer Service to a whole new level. Also nice Deli in back of store. Someone staffed this store with many incredible helpful employees. Well done!"
