"Excellent service from start to finish. The front office staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the medical assistant was very thorough, and the eye doctor (Colin Bloor) was exceptional. He was funny, personable, and knowledgeable, and he took time to make sure I understood everything we discussed. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing eye care."
"My first appointment and picking out my glasses were great. However, after picking up my glasses, I realized the frames were too small for my head despite getting them adjusted. Thankfully, they let me pick out new ones. However, every time I have gone in since my initial visit, they act like I'm a major inconvenience. I already felt terrible asking for new frames, but they made me feel even worse. I got my new frames and then today went back again to get them adjusted because one of the arms of the frames cut in at a severe angle behind the ear. When the tech returned, there wasn't much of a difference (it didn't even feel like they were heated up to adjust) and I tried to explain again what I needed. She cut me off and said I could talk to the optician. The optician came out and though she was a little nicer, it was obvious she was In a hurry. She didn't adjust them the way I asked either then rushed to the back when I said it was fine, though it wasn't. I've been nothing but kind and apologetic every time I've gone in there. The fact they treat me like a nuisance each time has made me decide I will not return to this location. This is my first time getting new glasses in over 5 years and i haven't even been able to wear the new frames yet. Maybe I'll try lenscrafters and see if they adjust them right."

"I was quoted one price after insurance & paid what I owed when I ordered my glasses, then was billed an extra $130. Called to dispute & got nowhere. Billing customer service was in another country, which is frustrating. I visited the office today & they said that they would remove the $130 charge. Much appreciated."
"I did my Eye exam first time here. Frankie and Pam at the front desk are amazing! They were really helpful and both have very knowledge and friendly and the entire process was quick and simple. I would recommend them to everyone."
