"Professional, clean, and personable, this auditory clinic was a great first impression to the world of getting my ears cleaned! The "First time visit" video on their website was a great addition to prepping myself for my first visit. When I walked in, I felt like I had already been there before. Jacqui, the front desk assistant was wonderful to speak to on the phone for my first contact experience. Everyone was very personable. Dr. Gausvik was awesome! He answered all my questions and from the website, I had expected the ear cleaning device where you could see what was going on in my ear canal. Although gross, it was fascinating to watch! BUT at least I wasn't the worst he'd seen that day : D I felt so relieved from my "clogged ears" that I started telling people about them right after I left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with any hearing problems. : )"

They answered all of my questions, gave me tips on self care, and treated me with respect. "I've had an awesome experience at The Hill Hear Better Clinic. The initial visit and hearing tests with Dr Ryan were the most thorough I've ever had. The result was something I anticipated, it was time for hearing aids. I had some initial denial..... but after a week of consideration, I decided to move forward. At every visit, Dr Ryan has taken the time to explain how I would benefit and what to expect. I have tinnitus and have been happy to experience some noticeable relief (it is not completely gone) when wearing the hearing aids. I am very happy I chose The Hill Hear Better Clinic."
