"I have had a great experience and results working with Dr. Tom on a shoulder injury/shoulder pain. Very personable, takes the time to understand your goals, and the program is very much tailored to your needs. He is always very helpful with addressing other issues that have popped up along the way… like my occasional problem with gravity and resulting pain. All of the exercises to be done at home, in-between visits, include a video so I can ensure I’m doing the exercise correctly or have a video refresher on how to do a specific movement. I initially went for a shoulder issue, but I was also able to dramatically increase my hip flexibility which was a huge bonus. Additionally, I got a lot of great suggestions and feedback for alternatives to scale exercises or adjust a workout so I continue to be active without pain. The vital force team has been a fantastic resource for me!"

"Dr. Bryan and Dr. Tom are excellent. I saw Dr. Bryan for my frozen shoulder and my teenage daughter saw Dr. Tom for a knee injury. We both agree they are wonderful. We not only worked through our injuries, we learned a great deal in the process too. Both are highly knowledgeable, and care deeply about your healing process. The plan they come up with is transferable to home or gym and is easy to do on your own.. I was able to avoid surgery and steroid shots. My daughter was able to play through her injury with their guidance. Tom designed a plan for her that got her to 100% in 6 weeks. The West Chester location is great and convenient to many parts of town. We really liked working with them and would not hesitate to see them again if any need arises."

"Vital force is the best place to go for physical therapy! Especially if you are trying to get back to peak performance and athleticism not just bare minimum. Bryan and Tom are amazing, and so easy to work with. My daughter dislocated her knee twice and needed mpfl reconstruction surgery. We had used Bryan in the past when she first dislocated her knee and knew we would definitely use him again. He started working with her just a week after surgery and her recovery has been remarkable. Bryan uses all of the most up to date techniques, and my daughter’s recovery has gone way faster than what was projected. She loves Bryan and always tells me how easy he is to work with.
