"Twice have I gone to this place and twice have the disappointed me.. First they rushed me through my NEW PATIENT appointment like the doctor was more worried about getting to his next patient than actually taking the time to go over the problems that needed to be addressed. THEN come back for a second appointment and the doctor is not even on staff. No call no text no nothing so i drove to my appointment for no reason. Skip this place if you can I truly believe there’s better"

"Our whole family were patients of Dr. Lutt's for 10 years, and we really had no issues with her personally. However, increasingly, we've felt the level of personal care has been decreasing. It felt like the office had become just a turnstile - getting patients in and out as quickly as possible to bill those co-pays - like they were on a quota. We felt rushed when we saw the doctor - spent less time with her - and symptoms were being treated but the causes not addressed. Increasingly when we were expecting calls back from the doctor or advice as to what to do next after awaiting test results, we got none and would have to call and ask what we should do now. This has been going on for several years, and I have been personally frustrated with the quality of care. Last fall they ordered X-rays on my hips since I was having an issue walking. The results came back as some minor degenerative arthritis, but then nothing. No "here's what we want you to do now," "let's schedule another appointment to figure out where we go next," NOTHING. ??? That was in September. So after I still had no answers or response from her office after the holidays, we finally made the choice to try a new family physician that was closer to our home - which was not, at all, an easy choice. Now her office is refusing to release a full copy of our medical records to our new physician's office - which I believe is against the HIPPA law. So now we have to fight to get a full copy of our own records. This WAS a good, family practice. But I fear it's been compromised by the demands of the new healthcare system, and changed it's focus from being patient-centered to billable-hour-centered. This is my own opinion based on our personal experiences and you should always consult more than one knowledgeable source before making your decision about choosing a family practitioner."
