"I had my daughters immigration physical done here. The staff was great, the ladies at the reception desk were polite and efficient and Dr. Keller is great with children. My daughter is terrified of doctors but Dr. Keller was very patient and kind."

"This was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff was quite courteous the first time I went there with my mother for her medical exam. But when I went to obtain her file yesterday, I was greeted by a nurse at the front desk. She irritated me because she was disrespectful. I'm pregnant, and I have trouble breathing and speaking loudly at times. She was yelling at me and demanding that I speak loudly. She was impolite, and I don't believe she should be a nurse. I'm certain she's a racist. I'll never return to that location.06/07/2023"

"Dr Keller discriminated against my sons disability. My son had an episode of tremors while at work and was told it was due to low blood sugar. In this process he had to see Dr Keller. The Dr learned of his epilepsy by asking about what meds he was taking. My son was told to see his neurologist before Dr Keller would release him back to work (Camco Chemicals). The neurologist released him and even put on the paper that it was low blood sugar. It was completely unrelated to a seizure. Dr Keller released him to go back to work but said he can't drive a forklift (which is his normal job that he loves), because he found out he's epileptic along the way. My son has not had a seizure in well over 2 years (they are completely under control with his medication). You can drive a car after being seizure free for a few months. When confronted about this, Dr Keller told me a forklift is a commercial vehicle and it's 10 years seizure free for that . 1. Dr Keller never even asked how long it had been since he had a seizure 2, A forklift IS NOT A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE, per DOT in Frankfort. You also need a cdl for commercial vehicles (which my son does not have) 3. A tremor due to low blood sugar is completely unrelated to an epileptic seizure. 4. My son has never had any issues at work due to his epilepsy. Now my son is going to have to look for a different job all because he is being discriminated against for having a disability by Dr Keller. So, please try to make sure you get one of the other drs if you have a disability and get sent to this facility."
