"I took my daughter who is 3 yesterday old( 2-21-24) seen by dr Oteny( hope i got name right) never in my like i meet any doctor with such rude behaviour , unprofessional attitude in my like. He was annoyed because my daughter was crying. No idea how he became a doctor with such attitude. I know most probably if any management saw my review will ignore it but please for you own reputation please start addressing some of the issues we are raising. Definitely not visiting that facility any time soon."
"I arrive today for at 8am for a quick appt. As I approached the door there were 2 people already waiting to enter, I was #3. The check-in process was very quick. I was then asked to go back to room 3, as soon as I entered the room the smell was really bad and I noticed the place had not been cleaned the night before. See pics. Then I heard the young lady who checked me in bad mouthing me about standing instead of sitting. Just so you know UC of Springdale, your staff was very unprofessional and your place was not cleaned at all."
"We have been to two different hospitals and this is the second urgent care. Finally got what we needed to get my son feeling better at this location. The doctor knows what he is doing and is very good at it. Thank you for taking such good care of my son"
"The doctor was patient with me and made sure I was well taken care of. Sometimes we as patients can be rather trying in our inexperience and lack of medical knowledge. The nurses and receptionists were very pleasant and made me feel welcome."
"If I could leave 0 stars I would. They have the most unprofessional nurses. I would never go back. There are other Urgent cares I would go to in the future even though this one is 3 minutes from my house. I recommend going elsewhere."
