Lawrenceburg Urgent Care

"I usually have a good experience when it comes to this urgent care but there seems to be a new front desk lady (Erica) that I’ve never seen before until today. So, today had I to take my son in to get seen and I was trying to ask her questions about insurance, etc and she did nothing but talk over me and was very rude and disrespectful. She acted like she didn’t want to give me the time of day and that I’ve ruined her day actually is what it seemed like. I was the first patient in there. Other than this bad experience it is a good place but someone needs to replace her as the front desk representing this place of business. You need someone with good customer service skills especially dealing with sick loved ones. The last thing you need is someone to be disrespectful towards you while you’re already in a stressful time."

"Sign on door that said “closed due to staffing issues” as I was walking away, saw someone open the door to where the patient rooms are. I guess they’re getting paid to hide in the back. It’s discouraging to already be sick, drive all the way to the clinic for this to occur. Place should just close shop permanently."

"My boyfriend went in for help with serious respitory issues and the lady at the front had her head on the desk. He said hi and cleared his throat. The lady looks up and goes what do you need in a rude manner. He told her he was sick and needed to see someone. She scoffed and said like everyone else. The place was empty mind you. He ended up leaving at that and went to the emergency room up the road. This urgent care is a joke and not helpful at all. Fire the front desk person! I have seen so many bad comments regarding this person."

"Didn't even get seen. One patient waiting to be seen and we were told 45 min wait. Lady at front desk, rude and unfriendly. Told my husband he had a bill from 2016 and that had to be paid BEFORE being seen. Ins is unchanged and for urgent care office a copay and they pay the rest. "Got to call them". Well, they obviously only care about $$ rather than the health of people."

"I genuinely feel bad for anyone who has to endure the presence of the front desk lady. I wasn’t even a patient. I had to drop off something at 1pm on 10.18.23. I walk in and walk up to the front desk where she’s sitting with her head down. I say hi! I have a package for you. She pops her head up and roles her eyes and says a dragged out, “oooookay?” I look around at the people sitting around in the waiting area. I say, “you want me to just leave it out here?” She huffs as she stands up and walks to the door. I hand the box to her, and I’m suppose to get a signature and name of who I deliver to. I ask for her first name and she says “urgent care” and slams the door in my face. I couldn’t even imagine going there for care if that’s who sits at the front of the business!"
