"I started working with Stacey this year after seeing a social media post about More Than PT's Running Video Analysis. My running form was really suffering - over time I became more and more out of balance, to the point I felt like my left and right sides didn't know each other. And I had been dealing with chronic Achilles pain. At my first appointment, Stacey confirmed with video the issues with balance that I was feeling. Since then, I have been working with Stacey to repair my form through stretching and strengthening exercises and running cues. And it is working! After a few months I already feel like a new runner. "I found Stacey at More Than PT as a final effort to avoid spinal surgery, and I’m so thankful I did. My back pain was so severe it would take me an hour just to get dressed in the mornings.
