"I had lab work done at UC Hospital and even had been asked to set up a time to come in to see Susan Smith, who at the time I thought was a nice lady but had no care about what I am facing. It turns out I was right. Due to covid and labs I had done at the hospital since they claim they do not do Pro Time INR which any practice has, I was released when I sincerely apologized that my results were not showing in my chart. I had a severe emergency and they offered to see me and still said I was "dismissed from the practice" I have never seen lack of professionalism or empathy from a place such as this. They are NOT the Dr's you see at UC because they listen to you at UC and also understand "Computer error" does happen. Yes, it had been a while since I was in but I also had a lot of confusion when trying to set my appointments. Face a transplant in your future and see how you feel. They wanted an answer right away but I do not drive as the medications I take cause me vision issues. I get a ride and that is to keep others safe. I am shocked over their lack of professionalism. I hope this place can wake up every day and remember the damage they have done. The "high blood pressure" she seemed to care about, is now up and I am throwing up blood from the anxiety she placed upon me. I had hope and faith and soon to get a transplant, I did as they asked and offered to fast and do anything but to please show some empathy. I don't lie and I won't lie, not for no one or even myself. Empathy? That unfortunately, Susan and her staff have zero of. Susan Smith will have God to answer to, and I pray he has mercy on her soul for calling me a liar when I have witnesses who were with me when I had her Labs, I also had witnesses to each call I made. You see, we are people Susan. Not numbers. Remember, God is the one you will answer to for your evil ways."

They are just there for the money and that is it. You are only a number to them and that is all they care about. Ruthless people. ZERO STARS!!!"
