"My kids have been going here for 1.5 years (Hung gar) and myself (Hung gar + Tai Chi) for about a year. I can’t say enough good things about SIFU. He’s a master in his craft. He’s very good with kids and patient. Classes start with warm ups and stretching for 15-20 min. I started with no prior athletic abilities and can now do sit-ups and push ups! Prices are reasonable and there are family discounts! Everyone who attends is very nice and respectful of each other. Wish I joined sooner. A++"
