"Everyone is nice, did not have to wait long. Questions were answered and the care was excellent. It would be nice if she had a office in Xenia too."

"I am very fond of Carmen and the front desk seems to be very helpful however trying to get an authorization done timely and correctly is a huge issue. I wish the person responsible for referrals and authorizations would realize how important this part of her job is and how much people count on her to be accurate and timely. People's appropriate Health care depends on it. If you don't care about people, health care may not be your calling."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Dr. Barth and Carmen are fine but the front desk is a problem. It's a wonder a patient has not gotten worse or seriously ill waiting for them to get back to you. No response to messages or phone calls for something as simple as a prescription. This location seriously needs to be looked into by Greene County and the Kettering Health Network. Lazy, inefficient and unacceptable. If you can't handle being an assistant it isn't the job for you."

"Prior to the start of Covid I made an appt to see De Kerr to discuss stress induced anxiety, HBP and related issues. Dr Kehr was a good listener and prescribed medications that helped but getting anything done through this facility was a nightmare. I had trouble getting paperwork to provide to my job even. I cannot state this enough regardless of how good a doctor here might be the staff and inability to manage the facility and provide timely and accurate care, referrals and ongoing treatment and follow up especially paperwork needed for pharmacies, insurance and other faculties is unacceptable. The degree with which this is mishandled has me considering filing a complaint with Greene County Health and the state medical board for negligence. Add to this that the front desk staff is condescending and rude and you have a small taste of what I feels like to seek care here. It’s unprofessional and shameful. If you care about your families health and treatment don’t bother coming here."
