"At my previous appointment, there was a lack of communication and the wait time was outrageous! I made an appointment early that morning for 9 o’clock. I arrived at 8:45 like they said and did not go back till 10 once back I met with the nurse did the questionnaire and then waited another 30 to 45 minutes before the doctor or nurse practitioner could see me. Waiting for a long time and everything provided was good."

"I went on their website and made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. I understand the website said urgent cases will have priority. I got there at 8:30 am because it said to get there 15 minutes early. I walked in and told the receptionist I have an appointment and she said there's five people ahead of me so it's not going to be 9:00. So what is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if they're not honoring appointments? I was not called back to see the doctor until 9:48 a.m."

"I took my older son there today. The lady at the check in counter was so nice and welcoming. As we headed to the back everyone that greeted us was so nice and understanding. The doctor listened to what we said and really took excellent care of him. I will definitely go here again if needed."

"Worst service ever! Nobody ever seems to know what’s going on and they’re rude. This is the case every time I go, and will be the last. The doctor had an attitude and acted really annoyed because my 10 year old was gagging as they were trying to swab her throat. She said there was nothing she could do as she couldn’t get a good swab, and she couldn’t prescribe antibiotics since she couldn’t get a good swab. I asked if they could try to see if she got enough on the swab to test and she said “well, we could try, but we won’t know anything for at least 4 days.” I never received a call from them. I told her that my son was just in there 2 days before and tested positive for strep. Even though she was running a fever and had symptoms, the doctor did not want to help anymore and made it very clear that she was absolutely annoyed that she couldn’t get a good swab. She walked out of the room without saying anything else. They have terrible bedside manners! Avoid this urgent care!! There are much better options in Grove City that won’t treat you like garbage."

"Came in today with my 3 yr old. She's had a persistent cough for 6 weeks and the last 2 days it's made her vomit. I just moved back to Ohio and I've not received the insurance cards yet but I had all the numbers needed bc I had talked to the insurance company Friday. Well the lady at the front desk seemed she didn't want to be there to begin with but it's Sunday so kinda understand. After I filled out all the paper work and went back up. I handed her the clip board and she just held it out towards me and was looking down at the desk. Then after 30 seconds or so she goes ID and insurance card. I stated I had my ID but not my insurance card but I have the numbers. She interrupted me half way through and said my daughter can't be seen without a physical insurance card. So I stated again I just applied. They've not been received in the mail yet but they gave me all the numbers. She then got rude and said NO that won't work. Like okay so you all are going to deny a child health care bc you have to have a physical card where you are going to read it, type the numbers in and hand it back to me.? So just giving you the numbers anyway won't work? She said no. Well I left and called for a supervisor who also seemed confused on why the policy is like that. She put me on hold. Came back and said it was "new". Okay. It is what it is. But the lady behind the counter really should be talked to because she was rude and disconnected. I came to Ohio health and my 3 yr old was seen with no problem."
